Best android apps for music

I spent half of my whole day hearing music. So far I was using the inbuilt player which came with my new Samsung galaxy tab. The songs play ok, but there was no extra and I didn't feel like the app was doing any justice to the tablet device.

Today I was searching in www.google.com to find what others say are the best music apps for android devices. I came across an excellent article which describes just that. The article lists the 5 best music apps for android. I was thrilled to see the list and went ahead to install all the five listed there.

I liked the Winamp player and I think I will stick with it till I find a better player. The service offered by shazam is awesome. Being new to US, I don't know half the songs that I hear in bus and public places. Now with shazam, all I need to do is to point to the shazam and hold the device. Shazam will automatically detect the info for the song or music which is playing. It is awesome.

I also like the myxer app and will have to try creating some custom made ring tones from it. All in all, it was a great read. Even though www.galaxytabusers.com is targetted for the android users who uses galaxy tab, the things shared there are awesome. I have already bookmarked the site.
